Close up of individual female faces used in female identity work. Each face was cast to re create a perfect likeness. It was then deconstructed and fragmented to explore the role of the female within contemporary culture.

The faces were cast in clay which was then fired in an open wood fire. Glazes were applied through traditional kiln firing
